Stephan Altena
Stephan brings a decade of top management executive and business consulting experience with clients in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East.
As a senior project manager for Booz Allen Hamilton, he worked with
large international companies with a functional focus on corporate
strategy, organizational re-design, change management and restructuring.
In 2008, Stephan shifted gears and became Director, People
Development/Talent Management with a focus on executive coaching.
Stephan’s passion is to help his coaching clients to ‘change the good
for the better’ while always focusing on measurable results. Stephan
received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the
University of Reutlingen in Germany, and the West Brabant Hoogeschool in
Breda, Netherlands. In addition, he received his MBA from Northeastern
University in Boston. In 2004 in received his PhD. from the University
of Leipzig in Germany. Stephan holds a coaching accreditation from the
Coaches Training Institute and is certified in several different
personality and profile assessment tools including the Birkman Profile,
BaronEQ, MBTI, and Hogan. Stephan lives near Munich.

Amy Brink
Surpassing customer expectations and proving a dedication to excellence have defined Amy’s career in Human Resource Management. A graduate of GE’s esteemed Human Resource Leadership Program, Amy has led successful efforts in HR program design and implementation, organizational effectiveness consulting, team development, project management, and facilitation and training. As an HR generalist, Amy leveraged her business acumen and passion for organizational effectiveness to help business leaders define their strategic goals and align organizational activities. Her commitment, experience, and insight have allowed her to become a trusted leadership coach. Amy earned her BA in Psychology from Truman State University and her MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, both with honors. She lives in the Kansas City area with her husband and three children.
Jennifer Buchholz
Jennifer brings 20 years of global human resources experience with companies such as GE, CB Richard Ellis and Lehman Brothers. Having lived in both Japan and Mexico, she brings a unique global perspective. Areas of expertise include global human resources issues, executive assessment, organization design, coaching, process management, diversity, and communications. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and is a skilled facilitator, team strategist, and change management expert. Jennifer has a passion for helping with women’s leadership issues. She ran the Stamford Hub of the GE Women’s Network and also supports the Women’s Mentoring Network, a not for profit organization which helps low income women enter into and stay in the work force. She received her MBA from Pace University and B.S. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts. She lives in Stamford, Connecticut with her son Pierce.
Shelley Hammell
Shelley brings over 20 years of business and executive management experience with such companies as MCI, BellSouth, CheckFree and NCR. She leverages her extensive business experience and straight-forward communications approach to get to the heart of the matter in helping business leaders maximize their goal achievement. Shelley’s passion for working with people and her innate ability to provide powerful insight through leadership assessment and development, team facilitation and executive coaching help her clients translate their business goals into measurable and executable plans. Shelley received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver in Denver, CO and her coaches accreditation from CTI, The Coaches Training Institute. She is a certified pratitioner of the Birkman Profile and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI). Shelley resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband.
Lisa Hart
Lisa brings over 16 years of diverse Finance and Human Resources experience. As a graduate of GE’s Human Resource Leadership Program and while on the Corporate Audit Staff, Lisa gained a global perspective working in Belgium, France, Spain, and Italy. She led successful audits through the challenges of multiple countries, languages and cultures. She is a certified Six Sigma Quality Black Belt. Lisa’s strong platform skills make her an excellent trainer, and her cross-functional skills in both finance and human resources allow her to add perspective and value to our customers. Lisa is passionate about working hard to value, coach, energize and advocate for people: the lifeline of a company. Lisa earned her Bachelors Degree in Finance from Siena College. She resides near Boston with her husband and four children.
Rachel Levy
Rachel brings over 20 years of progressively responsible talent management and professional
services experience serving clients and leading teams in the U.S, Europe,
Africa and Asia. Her overarching purpose
has been to dramatically and measurably improve the quality of human resource
management practices within leading global organizations. As a senior manager for Deloitte’s Human
Capital consulting group, Rachel led multi-national teams of senior HR
practitioners to assess and re-design business critical Human Resource Management practices within
leading global organizations. She
designed and had responsibility for the delivery of Leadership Development
programs, developed global Competency Models and led the roll-out of their
implementations, and designed organization-wide Performance and Succession
Management programs. In 2002, Rachel became
a key internal resource and leader for Deloitte’s global Talent Management
function. She served as Chief of Staff
and as a Talent Management Director, acting as an advisor and subject matter
expert in the areas of Leadership Development, Competency Design and
Performance Management, Succession Management and Coaching. Rachel has a Bachelor of Science degree from
Emory University in Atlanta, has completed two graduate programs in
Organizational Behavior and Leadership Effectiveness from Columbia University
in New York and the International Institute of Management Development (IMD) in
Lausanne, Switzerland. Rachel recently
located from New York to Atlanta.
Kelly Ramon
Kelly is a certified executive coach and HR &
talent management consultant, bringing her clients more than 11 years
experience in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development. Kelly spent most of her career at
NBCUniversal, at the time a core business of General Electric, where she
graduated from the highly regarded Human Resources Leadership Program
(HRLP). Following that, she held
numerous HR business partner and OD leadership roles across several NBCUniversal
business units and corporate in New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles and St.
Louis. Her areas of strength span across
performance and talent management, assessment, leadership development,
communications, executive coaching, acquisition/integration and
engagement. Kelly’s clients value her
insightful approach to solving problems through effective communication and her
ability to coach leaders to a higher performing mindset. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree from
the University of Central Florida and a Masters in Human Resources and
Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Kelly lives in St. Louis with her husband and
four sons.

Kelly is a skilled executive coach and organizational development consultant with over 15 years of experience in executive coaching, succession planning and inclusivity/diversity in the Fortune 500 business environment. She combines genuine respect and positive regard for her clients with a laser focus on business results. Kelly’s successful track record includes the delivery of both individual and team –based coaching services, with over 700 coaching hours with senior level executives. Kelly started her business career with IBM followed by 8 years as the Director of Organizational and People Effectiveness for Ernst & Young, LLP. She was an undergraduate at the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed her graduate work at the State University of West Georgia. She holds an MA in Psychology and Organizational Development and a BBA in Management. She completed her training as an executive coach with Corporate Coach University. Kelly currently resides in Atlanta with her husband and three children.
Shelly Tomaszewski
Shelly started her consulting career after 20 years in human resources with GE, a company known for its leadership development. A graduate of GE’s Human Resource Leadership Program, Shelly has a broad background of experiences working with clients in manufacturing, customer service, quality and sales both in the United States and in Europe. She brings many skills, experiences and best practices to consulting including talent assessment, leadership development and coaching, succession planning and organizational design and effectiveness. An advocate for life-long learning, Shelly helps her clients develop actionable plans that capitalize on their strengths and develop areas enabling them to become the most effective leaders they can be. Shelly earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Haven and an MBA from Boston University. She is certified in Six Sigma and the Birkman Assessment Method. She resides in Louisville, KY with her husband and two children.
Stacie Torres
Stacie
brings a passion for individual, team, and organization development to
ISHR Group. She is a skilled facilitator, writer, speaker, and intuitive coach.
Her strengths include her enthusiasm for growth and development and an intense
determination to achieve results. Since 1996, her clients include United Parcel
Service, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Georgia Court Appointed Special
Advocates, and Buck Consultants Communication Practice. Stacie’s work spans:
experiential learning design, process consulting, mentoring, conflict
resolution, career development, and team/individual assessments. She obtained
an honors-level Bachelors of Psychology at Furman University and studied
Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the Ph.D. level at the University of
South Florida. Stacie currently is pursuing her coaching, Hogan, and
AOGPE/Associate level certifications.
Her interests include tutoring dyslexics with the Orton-Gillingham
approach to reading, fitness/yoga, dance and art. Stacie lives in Atlanta with
her husband, Frank, and their two sons.
Deanna Wilson
Deanna offers ISHR Group clients more than 12 years of dedicated HR experience in industries as diverse as government, auto manufacturing and leasing, railcar services, healthcare and electrical distribution. While completing her Masters Degree in Labor Relations from Michigan State University, Deanna worked for the Michigan State Chamber of Commerce, EDS, and The Ford Motor Company. Also a GE alumni, Deanna graduated from the Human Resources Leadership Program and was among the first HR professionals in the company to join the Corporate Audit Staff. Deanna is a true HR generalist, with experience in organizational development, mergers and acquisitions, legal compliance, recruiting, employee advocacy, training, compensation and benefits. During her tenure at GE, Deanna built a reputation for her hands-on approach to her job, and was often commended for grasping situations quickly, critical thinking and execution, creative problem solving, pragmatism, and humor. Deanna has traveled extensively in Asia and North America, and currently resides in Detroit with her family.
Sherry Woodry
With over 25 years of global human resources experience, Sherry has a proven track record for executing business results by bringing out the best in others. She served as a senior human resource leader for several GE businesses in a variety of industries and geographies including financial services, consumer products, and engineering plastics. Sherry delivers action-oriented executive assessments, succession plans, team and leadership training programs. Clients value her broad experience and ability to find the opportunities in some of today’s toughest challenges. She is a certified Six Sigma Quality Black Belt, graduate of the Coaches Training Institute, Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management Women Directors Development Program and certified practitioner of Birkman Assessment Profiles. Sherry graduated from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and has served on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Mentoring Partnership, and a coach for Girls on the Run. She is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, International Coach Federation and the Society of Human Resources Management. Sherry has traveled all over the world and currently resides in Chicago.
