Leadership Coaching FAQ

iCoach

Do you provide individual executive coaching and what format do you use?

Yes, this is the foundation of what we do.  Our coaching is based upon our overarching methodology, which is built into our unique coaching process.  We utilize data gleaned from an historical interview, verbal 360 (including individuals who work closely with the leader) and a psychological profile. We measure the success of each coaching engagement by conducting a follow-up verbal 360 to validate change and assess progress. Our coaching process allows flexibility in each phase tailored to each individuals needs and objectives.

What are your coaching credentials?

CTIEach of our coaches has extensive experience coaching leaders at all levels gained from our respective corporate HR careers and global coaching engagements. We are graduates of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the worldwide industry leader in coaches training, and members of the International Coaches Federation (ICF).

Do I need to meet with you in person in order to be coached by you?

Meeting in person is preferred, but we have conducted assessments and coaching via other media if the situation requires. We work with leaders around the world and leverage the technology which enables us to develop the interpersonal connection necessary for an effective coaching relationship.

What processes or tools do you use in coaching leaders?

We use both the HBDI and the Birkman Profiles. In our experience, we have found these tools valuable in helping both individuals and teams gain in-depth understanding of thinking styles, preferences, communication styles and motivators. In addition, we creatively leverage these tools in teambuilding activities to interactively explore individual and team dynamics.
