The March 22, 2010, edition of Fortune Magazine had an interesting article on the Birkman Profile. We have been using the Birkman Profile for years and find it to be an incredibly useful tool for helping individuals and teams better understand who they are, and how they operate.  Specifically, it helps an individual (and those with whom he or she works) to better understand that person's 'usual' behaviors versus their 'stress' behaviors.  How valuable is that!?
